Partnered with engineering leaders to grow engineering organization from 13 to 90+ across the United States, Canada, and Colombia, managed a pod of full life cycle recruiters, directly contributed to hiring goals, built several teams from 0 to 1, and responsible for hiring our most complex leadership roles (VP of Engineering, Director of Engineering, Head of X, Senior Staff SWE).

New experimental sourcing organization "Talent Accelerator". Joined as leadership hire #8, supported organization growth from 8 to 90+, managed a pod of 8 technical sourcers, and helped to onboard several new leaders to the team.

Recruiting Lead

Give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together at Facebook and it's family of apps/services (e.g. Instagram, Oculus, WhatsApp). 

Supported engineering recruiting for CoreSWE, systems specialist, and AR/VR hiring. 

Delivered on 127 Offer Extends; 15 IC6 (Staff SWE), 87 IC5 (Senior SWE), 25 IC4 (SWE) with an Offer Accept rate of ~80%.

Led workflows to onboard 40+ recruiters and sources through a growth phase, regularly mentored recruiters and sourcers, led Systems Specialist / Core Data Hiring for FBEast, Better Tech Recruiting MasterClass Presenter,  and partnered with leadership on change management during organizational changes (de-regionalization / enabling crosspipeline hiring) and reorgs.

Stash is a fintech startup focused on simplifying investing. Joined from Series C to Series D backed by Union Square Ventures, Coatue Management, Goodwater Capital, & Valar Ventures.

Joined as an employee ~65 and scaled to 200+ (engineering grew 400%). Hired for engineers (mobile, backend, frontend, data engineers, qa/test automation, and engineering managers). Built a data engineering team from 0 to 8 in 4 months.

Technical Recruiter

SoundCloud

SoundCloud is a music and podcast streaming platform that lets you listen to millions of songs from around the world, or upload your own. SoundCloud has 175 million global users and is the world’s largest collection of audio of more than 150 million tracks. 

Joined at Series E as the sole technical recruiter in NYC. Hired for the monetization engineering team, partnering with engineering leadership to scale the team by 108% in 6 months. Roles recruited included Software Engineers (iOS, Android, Backend, Frontend), Engineering Managers, and IT professionals. Unfortunately, on July 6, 2017, SoundCloud laid off 40% of its workforce, heavily affecting the NYC Office.

Reonomy

Reonomy is a commercial real estate (CRE) data platform that uses artificial intelligence to provide market intelligence and data insights for developers, investors, brokers, and other CRE professionals.

Joined at Series B in talent then promoted to a "jack of all trades" bizops role to support talent, sales operations, and marketing.
