Preparation of market studies, as well as strategies for SMEs wanting expand into foreign markets. 

Development of sustainable strategies for waste management and waste to energy, from the selection of the most appropriate technology to apply in different countries (Algeria, India). 

Training to entrepreneurs and local authorities in business in the sustainability sector, methods including storytelling, canvas business model

Training to companies in acquisition of funds.

Coordination of proposal preparation, troubleshooting in running projects. Supervision of the preparation of reports: activity and financial, as well as budgets. 
Identification of new funding instruments and preparation of tools to include them in our portfolio, such as budget calculators (Excel-based).

Responsible for internal coordination of EU projects

Management of research and cooperation projects. Preparation of proposals for international research projects under various funding agencies (European Commission, UNDP,...). Laboratory tests to determine the biogas production of different substrates. Planning and execution of training workshops.

PhD in Engineering and Biologist with experience at the international level in coordination of research projects in a variety of topics related to climate change, environment, sustainability and renewable energies. I have successfully coordinated large international research projects with more than 25 partners, and have worked in projects in Asia, Africa and Europe. Currently focusing on CO2 @ Lhoist.
