- One team owned the critical data pipelines which fed the analytics platform for the entire company.  I helped mature the team, both in terms of internal teamwork and technical decision-making.

- The other team was building and scaling a SaaS healthcare analytics platform (previously Empiric).  Built and executed a roadmap to automate and stabilize critical parts of the product.  This allowed the product to scale while massively reducing the reliance on data engineering hours to onboard and maintain new clients.
