Establishment of the internal structure and local procedures of the personal data protection; monitoring the ongoing contracts and activities involving the processing of personal data in order to ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the laws and GIODO instructions.

Adjustment of the templates introduced by Deloitte Central Europe to the laws of Poland and compliance with Deloitte Central Europe procedures and legal framework; compliance; FCPA and the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention.

Legal counseling for the Polish Management Boards of Deloitte companies and Deloitte Regional structures. 

Management of Quality & Risk (Projects risks assessments). 

Drafting contracts and negotiations with respect to the strategic Projects and Clients, including IPO.

Supervision under the litigations and completion of the non-financial regulatory returns to  the Authorities.
