As an accredited ACC coach with the International Coaching Federation and a SuccessFinder Expert-Level certified practitioner with the SuccessFinder behavioral assessment tool, I bring in specific coaching training to help talent uncover and leverage their natural strengths as well as create action plans to help overcome areas of development for behaviors that are required for a role, within a company culture, or towards career development.
