Content Manager

Learning and Assessment Specialist

• Designing UTBK (university admission test) Live Class preparation program for G12 students using an online K12 learning platform. The Live Class program has been impacting 50,000+ Indonesian students with a 70% university acceptance rate for the paid premium users.
• Collaborating with 70 academic team members to set the curriculum and syllabus, teaching standards, guidelines for regular teacher review & feedback. Creating operations plans for teacher allocation and monitoring the program implementation.
• Communicating with the stakeholders involved (students, parents, and teachers). Actively discussing with the product management team for features development and release based on user needs.
• Leading the data team, evaluating students’ academic performance, and initiating strategic actions to improve their academic results. Students enrolled in the Live Class program scored 30% higher than all students in Pahamify.

• Designed a short-term university admission preparation programme for 12th graders, specifically the students' learning journey
• Hired a team of teachers and designed the training programme for them

Academic Content Lead

Gerakan Indonesia Mengajar (Indonesia Teaching Movement)

Managed Teacher Training Program on the Improvement of Literacy and Numeracy Teaching Skills, funded by Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. This project has impacted 1,447 teachers and principals in 107 elementary schools in 4 regencies in Indonesia (Bengkalis, Paser, Rote Ndao, and Kepulauan Tanimbar).
• Planned the program along with the budget planning and disbursement, recruited and managed online and local facilitators and field coordinators.
• Did the initial needs assessment, collaborated and maintained relationships with the local government, oversaw the monitoring and evaluation process, and delivered progress reports to the Ministry. Based on the evaluation report, there was a 32% and 21% increase in learning (knowledge level) for teachers and principals, consecutively.

Project Manager

Smart Course | Courses, Coaching & Collaborative Platform for Caregivers of Kids with Special Needs

• Maintained the progress of activities and project timeline for online ADHD Virtual Summit, a 5-day virtual conference attended by over 1,000 parents and other caregivers of kids with ADHD, led by 40+ experts in the field.
• Recruited and trained new 15 team members and acted as a scrum master for research and content production team.
• Successfully acquired 8 out of 20 pitched potential speakers and affiliates for the project. 
• Assisted in preparing the draft of financial statements for tax return purposes.

• Empowered the community to work together in addressing the educational problems, one of which was young people’s low literacy level due to lack of access, initiated and established a public local library “Pelita Indonesia” in Semunad Village.

• Assisted clients in diverse industries (manufacture, service, retail, and construction) to issue financial statements in compliance with the government regulation without any significant misstatement, by doing a thorough audit procedures.
• Rated as a highly effective auditor for two consecutive years and appointed as a Global People Survey agent – stimulated employee participation in global survey regarding company improvement.
