Fixed-term contract role, due to the acquisition. In October 2024, 6point6 formed a dedicated capability within Accenture called UK Secure Transformation Services (UK STS). 

• Delivered a change programme as part of brand transition, providing leadership, advice and guidance to the Senior Leadership Team and over 400 employees who TUPE transferred from 6point6 into Accenture. 
• Implemented bespoke training and created internal touchpoints to enable culture change, ensuring the successful adoption of Accenture’s ‘leader-led’ social strategy and adherence to key policies..  
• Devised and implemented a highly successful brand transition campaign on social media in preparation to decommission the 6point6 | Part of Accenture profile. Worked closely with senior leadership, implementing an advocacy approach to profile key leaders in the business and land key growth messaging to position the strength of the UK STS proposition. 
• Led strategic stakeholder management in the North West, developing and maintaining relationships with key Accenture stakeholders. Integrated parent and acquisition marketing practices and partnerships and ensured a smooth transition of our strategic relationships in the region.
• Reinforced Accenture and 6point6’s market-leading positioning within Manchester through Headline Sponsorship at Manchester Tech Festival, delivering a combined presence for Accenture and 6point6. Worked closely with data and AI thought leaders, resulting in continuing to establish ourselves as the market leader in the region with 4 expert speakers, leads from prospects and partners, significant engagement with potential candidates, and strong engagement on our social channels with engagement and CTR  for event posts at double the company average.

Responsible for delivering marketing activity in line with FY25 marketing strategy, including the employer brand campaign, brand transition, and management of NW event and programme sponsorships.

⬩ Responsible for employer brand marketing activity — including an awards initiative that resulted in 2 finalists and 1 winner — furthering our strategic objective of establishing 6point6 as one of the best places to work for women in tech.

⬩ Developed and maintained relationships with external partners in the region in line with the FY25 marketing goal to continue raising our profile in the region, generate awareness of our capabilities in key sectors, and position 6point6 as an employer of choice.

⬩ Owned day-to-day content creation and delivery, including: social media, blogs, internal newsletter, and award entries.

⬩ Managed external suppliers for videography, content,  and design, ensuring all deliverables supported our strategic objectives.

⬩ Successfully delivered our Manchester Tech Festival and EnableHER sponsorships, as part of our growth campaign in the region. Key results from MTF included continuing to establish ourselves as the market leader in the region with 4 expert speakers, leads from prospects and partners, significant engagement with potential candidates, and strong engagement on our social channels with engagement and CTR ( for event posts at double the company average. The EnableHER programme sponsorship supported our wider FY25 marketing goals, including: raising our profile, evidencing social value, and supporting recruitment in the region. Additionally, it also generated engagement rates and CTRs far higher than the yearly average on our social channels.

First full-time marketing hire in the business. Developed and executed integrated marketing strategies across digital channels, managing social media, content creation, and personal branding for the CEO to enhance overall brand awareness and lead generation.

⬩ Successfully created and delivered the social media strategy, including the creation of a brand asset library, to support our growth targets.

⬩ Launched the ‘Innovation Roundtables’ lunches, aimed at C-suite leaders and directors. Managed event logistics, targeting, and promoting, resulting in new leads and the re-engagement of lost leads from each lunch.

Joined initially as B2C Marketing Manager before transitioning to B2B Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to CCO and later Director of Marketing, with direct responsibility for executing the marketing strategy and overall management of marketing output. During my tenure, the company experienced a rapid growth phase, including: a successful IPO on AIM with an initial market cap of £12.5m, introduction of apprenticeships, launch of a dedicated B2B offering, acquisition of Tech Returners, and a headcount growth of 265%.
