What lights me up is helping parents find what lights THEM up. When we get to that light bulb moment together and the parents I work with land fulfilling jobs that fit their lives, it feels like magic.💡 The career I've built as a career coach, writer, and founder of Next Chapter Careers 📖 lets me be part of light bulb moments on a daily basis. I work with moms and dads 1:1 and in small group coaching to help them find what brings them energy, fulfillment, and joy. Then we uncover the connections, find the words to tell their stories, and chart out a path to go get that next amazing role! When the Zoom camera is off, I write articles and co-host the When Mommy Grows Up podcast 🎧 about careers and working parenthood, connecting the dots in new ways. That's the kind of interpersonal and creative work that gets me up in the morning ready to make my mark on the world. 🌎 How did we get here?
