As a Content Editor and Creator at Bish's RV, I played a pivotal role in significantly enhancing our organic traffic by over 500% in six months. My focus was on creating and editing honest and transparent web content that makes complex concepts easy to understand for a diverse audience.  

Key Achievements:

Collaborated with executives to develop a digital content strategy focused on educating customers transparently, resulting in improved search engine rankings, increased organic traffic, and greater customer trust.

Lead editor for a team of six writers, upholding our high quality standards by ensuring content was free of grammatical, stylistic, and tonal errors.

Independently penned 1-3 articles per week, each between 1,200 and 3,500 words, in addition to editing duties. These articles aimed to answer customer queries and provide clear, useful information.

Conducted keyword research to better understand customer needs. This research informed the creation of SEO-rich digital content that included pillar pages, blog posts, and social media content.

Applied the principles of "They Ask, You Answer" to our content strategy, emphasizing transparency and directly responding to customer queries. This approach notably boosted customer trust and engagement.

Coordinated with cross-functional teams to align content initiatives with broader marketing goals and brand messaging, fostering a unified and effective online presence.

Utilized analytics tools to monitor web traffic, user engagement, and SEO performance, which informed our data-driven strategy improvements.

Regularly updated existing content to maintain its relevance, improve keyword rankings, and provide our audience with accurate information.

As a Web Content and Social Media Specialist at Camping World, I played a vital role in shaping the company's online presence. Web Content and Social Media Specialist

In this role, I served as a key member of the public relations team and was primarily responsible for managing and responding to a high volume of incoming email communications addressed to the CEO.

Key Achievements:

Successfully managed the CEO's email communications, ensuring all correspondence was appropriately prioritized, addressed, and responded to in a timely and professional manner.

Drafted, edited, and proofread responses on behalf of the CEO to ensure they were accurate, well-written, and aligned with our company's tone and messaging.
