Context: From emails, to forms, to lead routing and reporting, I make the user experience easy and the impact measurable.

Highlights: 
- Increased accurate reporting of MQL-influenced opportunities. 
- Led migration of three brands to different (and inhabited) Pardot Business Unit.
- Changed MQL routing from task queue to direct routing for three brands.
-Part of Nelnet NBS AI Stewards Committee: an interdepartmental group who shares AI initiatives and learning within their business line.

Marketing Automation Specialist II

I empowered nonprofits, churches, parishes and organizations by helping adoption of Nelnet's community engagement brands -  aware3, Catholic Faith Technologies and CD2 Learning.

Highlight projects: 
- Led digital advertising on LinkedIn for CD2 Learning (startup SaaS for learning management system and courses)
- Led overhaul of website based on merging two brands - completed in four weeks (Catholic Faith Technologies re-merged with My Catholic Faith Delivered).
- Led communication to transition clients from a sunsetting technology (FaithWebsites) to a new brand (aware3 or Catholic Faith Technologies) with updated technology. We surpassed the 46% retention goal by 32%.

- Grew team of three (self, email specialist and analyst intern) to six within three years (self, two email specialists, business analyst, web developer, SEO web strategist).

Content Strategist

Union Adventist University

I taught Web Research and Analytics to seniors. Each person in the class ran an A/B email testing campaign, became Google Analytics certified, and ran a social media analytics campaign. 

We were privileged to have digital analytics professionals be our guest speakers and give us tours. The guests worked in a national health care network, national digital advertising company, one in-house agency for a major corporation and two local and thriving marketing agencies.

My job is to keep vigilant of the ever-shifting higher education market, technical tools and resources to help Union strategically use its resources best. 
• I keep the ship running smoothly. I have nine years of marketing experience, mentoring management and overseeing department budgets. 
• Call me social. I coordinate Union's social media on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn, and manage the college's digital and print advertising. 
• I have a journalist's curiosity and a marketer's pen. I constantly write for specialized audiences—whether it's articles, webpages, brochures or ad copy. 

I'm part of a talented team responsible for promoting Union College to prospective students, alumni and collaborative partners.

Director of Strategic Marketing

I'm responsible for all communication to prospective students and their families about the awesome opportunities at Union College. 

I work with our digital initiatives, oversee the advertising budget and coordinate projects with an amazing team of graphic designers, writers, web developers, print companies and videographers who work hard to showcase Union College.

Director of Enrollment Marketing

Customer service and details: Responsible for coordinating visit appointments, lodging and transportation for prospective students and their families when they visited campus. This included individual and group visits, including six large weekend events throughout the year. 

Human resource experience: I interviewed, hired, managed, mentored and led three student workers and a 10-15 student ambassador team which changed biannually. 

Financial responsibility: Responsible for visit budget.

Union College

For a short time, I was the link between the Enrollment office and the Marketing Communication office. I wrote promotional material, kept track of giveaways and coordinated marketing projects. 

After three months, my job was restructured so that I became the college's first full-time staff member solely in charge of campus visits. I had the wonderful opportunity to redesign and create the visit program.

My job experience included traveling on average 10 days/month, interviewing corporate employees, photographing subjects and creating news articles highlighting employee accomplishments and safety records. Most of our clients were connected with the railroad industry and I enjoyed learning from their experiences.
