Providing essential personal care and support to vulnerable patients (18-64+) in their homes. I assist the elderly and those with disabilities with their daily living activities to promote an independent living environment. In coordination with their care team, I thoroughly review their Plan of Care, and execute tasks according to their unique needs. Examples include; transportation, shopping, appointment coordination, meal preparation, companionship, personal hygiene, etc. As an individual provider in Washington State, I am covered by a union contract between CDWA and SEIU 775, and have completed Safety & Orientation training, as well as HCA Certification (in progress).

In September 2022, two Spokane-raised best friends of over 30 years decided to start a baking business. Our why? To spread joy with delicious heavenly treats. Many of our recipes are passed down through many generations (100+ years). Just like Grandma made it... We are a faith based bakery founded on Ecclesiastes 9:7. Our focus is giving back to the local Spokane community through various charitable opportunities.

- As a CSM, my goal was to focus and drive consistency in the execution of various customer related matters. My main job was to drive product adoption, foster healthy partnerships, and manage the day-to-day activities with Egnyte's most strategic customers.
-Having experience in systems management, I dedicated a portion of my time at Egnyte to collaborating, building, and fine tuning Egnyte's first Tech Touch campaigns. These were essential to the proper management of our SMB customers who were not assigned a CSM. It was important to us to ensure they had all the resources they needed to be successful.
