I wrote and developed several proprietary training programs and a supplemental assessment program called Fearless Leader. As a Director, I rehabilitated struggling organizations with toxic culture, chronic staff turnover, underperforming financials and client retention issues. As a Business Developer, I generated $44 million from 2007-2022 My work comes naturally to me because I have always been able to see things differently and I’m relentlessly curious. I am a visionary, change maker, intuitive leader and I have a driving aspiration to be part of changing the cultural landscape of the workplace. My why is simple. I have a passion for people and helping them find meaning and purpose in their work. I believe every person deserves to be seen, valued and respected. I deeply desire that each employee (and company) reach their potential...and then watch as they begin to surpass everything they believed they were capable of. And the best part?
