- Business planning, development and performance, worked in conjunction with the directors and accountants cohesively to exceed revenue targets

Working for one of the world’s most recognized and successful venue’s/hotel brand was very rewarding. I worked with the leading dance music industry professionals, an outstanding production team and the 5 star hotel staff from the multiple venues. I advanced all shows for the main Ushuaia club, over 110 shows & up to 13k people in attendance per show. I was first point of contact for all artists/artist management and also worked on the logistics for all events for over 60 artists a week. This included artists such as David Guetta, Avicii, Luciano, Loco Dice, Pete Tong, Louie Vega, Pharrell Williams, Sebastian Ingrosso and Axwell among others.

I problem-solved and met any other needs of artists/management before and during the event.  I ensured all events ran smoothly and were a success. I helped develop and strengthen professional relationships between world-acclaimed artists/management/agents and the venue.
