5 years ago, I started connecting businesses and marketing agencies.

And when those relationships didn’t work out.

I thought it was the agency's fault.

But as I dived more into the details and

Doing mediation calls on both sides, I noticed something else.

Businesses were just as much the problem as the agencies were.
