I am a Manager at Exponent, Construction Consulting Practice. I specialize in project/program management, infrastructure asset management, forensic evaluations, quality assurance and quality control, and pavement and geotechnical engineering and design. I have over twelve years of experience working on various transportation and infrastructure projects, from consulting to design and research projects for federal, state, and local agencies as well as for the private sector. As a result, I have developed collaborative working relationships within the infrastructure sector. I help our clients resolve complex construction challenges of projects from proposal phase to their completion. I am currently involved in managing capital projects and infrastructure construction works, overseeing all stages of projects’ lifecycles, including management of projects' development/upgrade throughout all phases. This involves financial forecasting, budget management, project scheduling, project coordination, decision-making, and project planning. I have authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles published in ASCE Journal of Transportation Engineering, Part B: Pavements, Transportation Geotechnics, Geotextiles and Geosynthetics, International Journal of Road Materials and Pavement Design, Journal of Deep Foundation Institute (DFI), Geosynthetics International, among others. I am a Geosynthetic Institute (GSI) Fellow and was awarded the International Association of Foundation Drilling (ADSC-IAFD) Award. I have been serving as an Editorial Board Member of the ASTM Journal of Testing and Evaluation since 2018.
