HiOperator is a Customer Service provider that leverages tech to provide a seamless, and cost-effective solution for its clients. 

My role at HiOperator is to build automated workflows for our Customer Service platform. These workflows do all the investigative work behind the scenes, meaning super fast solve times and laser focused accuracy.
