In the current position as Talent Acquisition and Employer branding Manager I’m responsible for all external Managers & Professionals hirings. Leading the Employer Branding initiatives, taking responsibility to implement the global / corporate TA initiatives and strategy to local level and training our Hiring Managers regarding interview techniques.

.	Managing the delivery through the most effective sourcing, recruitment, on boarding and employer branding strategies.
.	Screening, assessing, interviewing and selecting the best talent for each open position.
.	Monitoring recruitment-related metrics/reports KPIs.
.	Developing strong client relationships with all levels of management, working closely with the hiring managers to understand the job context, challenges and job requirements in order to identify the most suitable candidates.
.	Ensuring a positive candidate experience.
.	Leading the corporate Employee Engagement survey at country level.
.	Designing the EVP in order to engage the better candidates who fit with technical skills, culture and values of the company.
.	Leading branding campaigns in the most important Universities and Business School’s (job fairs and professional events) at country level according to the TA strategy. 

As a learning Manager I lead the learning strategy through our digital learning platform to be deployed and used at all levels in the country (from blue collars to managers) and manage the learning strategy at country level (internal courses at Faurecia University and external trainings with local providers) making the re-skilling and up-skilling of all the employees the day-to-day focus.

.	Establishing a culture of lifelong learning and knowledge sharing.
.	Enabling and managing the community of global learning experts, internally and externally.
.	Following our digital learning platform KPI´s.
.	Creating efficient and high standard global processes for training administration.

Country  Talent Acquisition, Employer branding and Learning Manager

30 sites | 5200 employees

Ensure employees have the skills and competencies to perform their job duties

.	Elaborating, managing and following up the Country organization training plan.
.	Organizing, monitoring and evaluating training programs to enhance training efficiency.
.	Acting as the main external suppliers’ interlocutor at country level and ensuring that the service provided meets organization and individual needs.
.	Anticipating and assessing potential learning needs; proposing adequate training in order to facilitate internal mobility.
.	Liaising with Faurecia University for deployment & following-up corporate training programs.
.	Acting as trainer for some internal training sessions.

Country Training Manager 

7 locations | 3.200 Employees (660 Managers & Professionals)

Manage the development, training, and competencies management of Managers and Professionals within a Division, Business Groups or support function, in line with the Group HR strategies.
.	Assisting operational managers in order to fulfil their staffing needs, facilitating internal mobility and transition or external recruitments and follow-up integration of new employees.
.	Coaching and counselling management on HR matters by providing reports, indicators and feedback in order to align organizational decisions and headcount to business needs.
.	Proposing mid and long term HR action plans (Staffing Review).
.	Ensuring the Group talent development tools (Career Interviews, face to face meetings…) are properly used to promote functional and geographic mobility at Group level.

Management Development & Talent Sourcing Manager Mexico

Reporting to the Plant Manager. 230 employees

.	Assist the Site Manager in the management of HR issues in line with business objectives.
.	Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, compensations & benefits, etc. at site level.
.	Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
.	Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies.
.	Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.
.	Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the Faurecia Excellence System.
.	Report relevant HR information to the Division.

Human Resources Plant Manager

Reporting to the HR Plant Manager. 640 employees

.	Establish the strategy in the communications and in the industrial relationship with the unions.
.	Apply the Collective Agreement and negotiate their revisions.
.	Elaborate, manage and follow the training plan according to the development actions.
.	Organize, monitor and evaluate training programs to enhance training efficiency.
.	Anticipate and assess potential learning needs; propose adequate training in order to facilitate internal mobility.

Industrial Relations and Training Specialist

Experienced and passioned Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of working in the automotive industry. Skilled in Human Resources Operations, Talent Management, Diversity & inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Employer branding and Learning. Through my resilience, my team-player spirit, and drive to success, I can create win-win situations and execute strategic partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Strong people management skills including communication, delivering feedback and effectively delivering coaching. Experience in managing full life recruitment cycle. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and problem-solve while maintaining flexibility. Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems.
