Units.  Main tasks included lead generation, link between Marketing and Sales, event organization, pipeline follow-up,copywriting, digital contents approval, contacting clients, conducting demos, functional requirements definition and maintaining existing customers ( cross and upselling ).
Highly consultative role. As a partner of world-known software vendors such as Google (GCP), Salesforce, Tableau, SugarCRM, Talend among others, I’ve been working alongside numerous technical professionals, from SMB to Enterprise-sized companies in very different industries such as retail, banking, logistics, finance, real estate, and telcos among others. In order to detect and satisfy needs in an efficient manner in a fast-paced environment, consultative selling was a priority in this role in order to make long-lasting, satisfied customers.

Licensing audits for LMS Oracle within the JPE program for France, UK, Ireland, Belgium, and Switzerland Operations and Sales team. Main duties included contacting the customer to generate a lead, gathering their technical data, and evaluating the rightful use of their license asset. In order to do so, IT architecture and license inventory were compared, and then a report was issued. Compliance resolution as an Inside Sales for accounts that had been audited with a negative result for the above-mentioned countries plus Spain. This role involved managing the full sales cycle: from pipeline until the Purchase Order was received and invoices sent, all while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting an ambitious sales target , OKRs and KPIs.
