Directed operations compliance in Air Force Global Strike Commands, 5th Bomb Wing, 5th Logistics Readiness unit to 400 employees in four departments.  Advised senior management on safety, security, policy and procedures for health of logistics operations.   Performed various audits, evaluated risks, documented mitigation plans and corrective action plans and ensured sustainability.  Advocated safe material handling procedures to 1.2K vehicles, $560M equipment and 27K supply weapon systems.  Facilitated monthly metrics and analysis briefings  to unit commander and flight leadership.  
Collaborated with key supply liaisons and stakeholders for effective reporting of supply demand requirements.  
•	Validated 4.5K internal inspection system records; ensured accurate and current playbooks complied with policies; drove 98% accuracy rate every quarter.
•	Led logistics quality evaluations for the wing and  organization; performed six inspections to six external  maintenance organizations; increased supply customer support; facilitated realignment of $360M equipment account.

Superintendent, Operations Compliance

Air Force Education and Training Command

Led technical training to prepare and mentor over 2,000 airmen annually for careers across 21 operational specialties. Mentored a team of 13 employees  with a limited $50,000 operating budget.
•	Streamlined workflows and reduced 16 hours per week in labor and associated daily costs
•	Created contract requirements for a $140,000 security camera project for student safety and security
•	Negotiated outside storage facility usage and equipment property transfer, achieved $27,000 in cost savings to unit budget
•	Recognized for leading the team in achieving top rank unit out of 17 teams and earned commendations as Military Training Flight of the Year in 2011 and 2014

Flight Chief,  Military Training Leader

US Air Force Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC)

Led all global logistics for $477 million logistics contract supporting fuel purchase orders, vehicle operations, transportation, medical logistics while ensuring compliance to Federal and Defense Acquisition Regulations. Defined scope of work and conducted technical assessments, cost analysis, and risk evaluations of contractor proposals.
•	Developed 2,350 contracting officer letters and provided logistics direction to Program Managers and Contracting Officers in support of contract requirements valued at $19 million
•	Assessed and validated contractor acquisitions and delivered $3.3 million in cost avoidance on $10 million in invoices
•	Authored a $454,000 contract modification and successfully managed a critical project to deliver life support kits between the US and undisclosed location overseas within 10 days

Supported global supply chain operations for nine locations in the Pacific region. Accountable for $10.2 billion in aerospace ground equipment assets for 14 accounts. Processed worldwide supply requirements for air expeditionary force operations at bases in Southwest Asia.
•	Coordinated with Pacific Defense Logistics Agency representatives to divert 10 supply-critical items from sealift to airlift, improving transit time from two weeks to less than four days
•	Managed and administered training programs for 168 members, increased training compliance, and raised organization readiness levels from 58% to 96%

Supply Chain Technician

Supported strategic operations for humanitarian airlift initiatives. Operated decentralized Operations Support Section maintaining over 2750 inventory items valued at $33 million. Primary point of contact for supply and shipment requests for locations throughout Europe, Africa, Saudi Arabia, and the U.S. 
•	Processed 825 Supply transactions valued at $25 million in procurements and maintained  99% processing accuracy rate
•	Coordinated bulk supply movement of 1,500 parts to airport during runway closure aiding repair of 148 aircraft resulting in a 98% departure reliability rate
•	Maintained $11 million of spares kits contributing to over 195 flights that delivered over 2.5 million humanitarian rations to displaced Afghanistan refugees
•	Selected as “Outstanding Performer” during a company surveillance visit and received “Excellent” rating for logistics support
