The scope included HR advisory consultation, ER, Workplace Health & Safety, Mental Health programs, Diversity & Inclusion, Recruitment, Graduate Program, Mobility, Remuneration and reviews, Talent Mapping and organisational development initiatives.

Working with designated groups, my role was to be the primary contact for Partners, Managers and employees for a range of HR services.  These services included general HR advice, ER support, recruitment and workplace health and safety. 

L&D ADVISER
Part of a national team, I provided the Brisbane office with L&D frameworks for the Graduate Program, Vacation Clerkship Program and various soft skill programs across all areas of the business (Shared Services and Legal).  Soft skill included mentoring programs, communication styles and the use of tools such as Team Management Systems.  My role requires me to facilitate programs myself as well as using external providers.
