If you do not "Mind" your Mind, you would not be able to Manage your Behavior. Efforts at instituting Change have been focused on the Structural aspects of the Organization. These has systematically failed because they neglected the reality that Change Cannot Happen without individual people changing their Thinking, Beliefs, and Behavior. And all these depend on the Biology and Programming of the Human Brain. Our Brain determines who we are, how we think, and how we act. Yet most people know more about how their Phones work than they do their Brains. There is no such animal as "Leadership" per se. Rather, Teams & Organizations can only, at best, look for behavioral manifestations of "Leadership". With advances in Technology, we now know how the Brain is programmed to generate these Leadership Behavioral Manifestations (such as Motivation, Focus, Decision-Making, Critical Thinking, Creativity & Innovation, and Diversity, Equality, & Inclusion, to name a few). "Traditional Training" focus merely on describing the "WHAT" but fall way short of providing Teams & Organizations the "HOW". And those are in the realm of the Brain. The better we understand how our Brains work, the better we can make our Brains work for us. Recognizing this unserved need in the marketplace, Ben had invested considerable time and resources to pursue rigorous training in Applied Neuroscience from renowned learning providers, namely: Harvard University EDx "Fundamentals of Neuroscience" (USA), the OptiMind Neuroscience Institute (USA), the Academy of Neuroscience & Education (UK), the Neuroscience Academy (Australia), and the Neuroscience School (Canada). Ben is also certified as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, having pursued his certification training from NLP Comprehensive (Colorado), and the Tad James Company (Las Vegas).
