•	Was the team lead to win the largest account ever in division history.
•	Produced the highest profit margins (38-40%+) in the company with the lowest error rate. 
•	New policy deployment team lead.  Developed procedures and trained new staff and vendors.
•	Responsible for billing and collections, instituted first ever and only 100% upfront payment policy resulting in the best accounts receivable report in the company.
