Currently leading pipeline marketing for one of Austin's fastest growing companies. I was the company's second marketing hire, and among its first 20 employees. During my time at the company, we've raised multiple rounds of capital and grown 100%+ year-over-year.

Day-to-day responsibilities vary, but I own a combination of strategic initiatives and hands-on execution.

☞ Hired and lead a team of three full time employees, assisting the team along paths to promotion
☞ Owned the pilot and execution of org-level initiatives including account-based marketing (ABM), field sales, and industry-first data enrichment
☞ Accountable for components of department-level budget
☞ Manage relationships with multiple external agency partners (paid social, design, direct mail, and more)
☞ Driving full customer acquisition pipeline through multiple channels: ABM, paid and organic social, direct mail, events, field sales, and outbound sales (alongside our fantastic sales development and in-territory teams)

Program-managed Digital Health CT, Startupbootcamp's US-based accelerator program for early/mid-stage HealthTech startups.

Areas of focus included:
☞ Demand: build pipeline of startup applicants for the program

☞ Event Planning: plan and execute program capstone "Demo Day" (we filled every seat)

Led GTM for Tallan's HQ region in the northeast alongside our Managing Director and SVP of Sales. This role was a hybrid of sales and marketing, including elements of:

☞ ABM: defined and targeted named accounts with combinations of direct mail, in-person events, virtual events, and digital marketing
☞ Partnership Sales: worked hand-in-hand with Microsoft's northeast Azure teams to land-and-expand cloud services/usage with target accounts
☞ Contract Scoping: drafted and submitted RFPs + SOWs (both net-new opportunities and re-engagements)

This opportunity allowed me to be creative in rolling out regional marketing, with frequent national follow-on. It also provided the opportunity to execute innovative initiatives with public- and private-sector clients.

Personal interests: my pets/fur companions, devouring and podcasts (forever a fan of How I Built This), and discovering new music - a current fav is Rainbow Kitten Surprise (a top 10 all-time band name, with a sound that doesn't quite match whatever the name made you think).
