My work at Lexria spanned multiple iterations of the company including work helping demand generation for the consumer-focused business,  educating and driving adoption of Lexria among bankruptcy attorneys and managing a large variety of operational tasks like payroll administration. 

Some of my most notable achievements from my time at Lexria include:
- Managed $144,000 Annualized Social Media Advertising Budget spread between Facebook, Twitter, Google, Reddit and Youtube Ads  
- Used cold calls, and email to generate sales pipeline with of potential $350K USD ARR
- Increased Facebook and Twitter Ad Conversions by 125% (2% to 4.5%) by Implementing Advanced  
- Targeting and Retargeting techniques and operating continuous A/B Testing

Position initially began as a small management consulting organization, and overtime emerged to offer both high-quality guidance and support for clients, as well as educational content for a wide variety of clients. The business operated largely as a portfolio business handling many smaller operations including e-commerce platforms, online courses and consulting services for clients. Now all of these offerings have been consolidated under the Ben Jones Education Umbrella.

Responsibilities of E-commerce and Consulting Portfolios Include:

Working with a variety of clients to achieve their businesses goals and objectives. Including an international artist group, local e-commerce businesses, and social media brands. As head of Consulting I was responsible for the performance of the consulting team, which included satisfying and delivering on customer needs and expectations as well as prospecting new clients, and managing a variety of relationships.

Responsible for Dogstemple.com a website dedicated to helping provide pet supplies to dedicated dog lovers and dog owners. The website was established as part of a portfolio of other e-commerce stores to help develop a series of lessons and a curriculum to help students learn about the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. 

Managed the individual store under the larger umbrella of the Ben Jones Education organization.

As a sales optimization specialist at HigherMe (somewhat similar to a Sales Development Representative Role for context), my duties ranged from making 150+ calls to leads per day to developing algorithms to better score leads to help maximize efficiency. Some of the things I did while at HigherMe include:

- Consistently making 100-150+ calls each day to leads and prospects.
- Developed an algorithm with technical partners that would match different sets of public data to develop a flexible, scalable and affordable lead scoring systems, that costs $2 per 1,000 leads.
- Handled sales objections to achieve a conversion rate (demos booked) of 10% when decision-maker reached.
- Developed affordable lead sourcing strategies which drastically lowered lead sourcing costs. As an example sourced 9,600 leads with email and phone numbers for $80
- Developed old lead reactivation campaign using existing lead data.
- Gathered 10,000 plus highly qualified leads for new email and call campaigns
- Wrote "Hiring Report" which was used as a content piece which generated 50 inbound leads

Throughout my career in the ever-evolving landscapes of startups and scale-ups, I've developed a knack for swift action and focusing on what's crucial. My journey is dotted with significant achievements: I've managed a smooth transition from a B2C to a B2B model in just 48 hours, quadrupled profit margins in retail, and even successfully acquired apps. My motivation? Transforming bold ideas into real-world solutions and tackling complex problems efficiently.

Working in startups, I've learned to thrive in uncertainty. Managing limited resources, stepping beyond my job description, or quickly mastering new fields – I've tackled it all and found innovative ways forward. I believe in fast-tracking ideas to the marketplace, then refining them based on actual feedback, and searching for that winning formula.

I value variety in my work; a repetitive day signals a need for change. I love diving into diverse projects, each bringing its unique insights that contribute to my ongoing personal and professional development.

Outside of work, my life is about exploration and enjoyment. From travelling the globe to experimenting with new cuisines and spending quality time with those I hold dear, I believe in savouring the rewards of hard work.
