Sales Development

Bitrise

Led the AMER Sales Development team at Bitrise, a Mobile DevOps platform that enables mobile development teams to build apps more efficiently. During my tenure I wore a multitude of hats - hiring, coaching, owning SD-specific initiatives across functions (eg Enablement, Operations, Growth), and serving as the primary point of contact for a number of internal teams and external vendors.

Key Achievements:
➤ Scaled from $3m in Pipeline Generated to $6m YoY
➤ 10x’d Outbound New Business PG from $500k to $5m YoY (an area of focus for 2022)
➤ Grew the team from 2 to 7 before companywide layoffs affected Sales headcount in late 2022
➤ Supported successful strategic initiatives to improve various metrics such as Opportunity flip rate, Email reply rate, Call conversion rate, and speed to Lead

Sales Development Manager

During my tenure as a Team Lead I handled day-to-day BDR responsibilities and managed two SDRs, conducting daily team stand-ups and weekly 1:1’s with direct reports, while continuing to build upon the Sales Development foundation we'd established over the past year.

Key Achievements:
➤ Built Outbound Playbook covering core topics like finding target Accounts, breaking into Accounts, personalized messaging, and creative outreach
➤ Spearheaded projects such as the hiring of an Outreach consultant and the rollout of a new buyer engagement tool

Sales Development Team Lead

As the first full-time SDR hire, I managed Inbound responsibilities for the AMER region and pioneered the Outbound motion at Bitrise alongside my peers.

Key Achievements:
➤ Sourced over $3m in Pipeline and nearly $750k in Revenue in client-facing roles
➤ Ideated and implemented foundational processes and procedures still in place today

Sales Development Representative

Toast, Inc.

Offering restaurant-grade hardware and cloud-based software, Toast aims to improve the restaurant experience for employees and guests alike. As a Market Partner I worked directly with a Principal AE to expand our presence in a high-potential market.

Key Achievements:
➤ Built quotes, conducted credit card analyses, reviewed contracts, and coordinated cross-functionally to personally close new business deals
➤ Founding member of the Market Partner team, working to establish process and best practices

Market Partner - Bay Area

In my role as a Sales Associate (SDR) I identified and helped close new business by performing prospecting duties and communicating value to prospective customers through multiple channels.

➤ Sourced $267,492 in Revenue through the onboarding of 25 restaurants (including Eater NY’s 2019 Restaurant of the Year - Llama San)
➤ Consistently surpassed 100% of my monthly quota

Business Development Representative

State Street

At State Street (a global financial services company) I performed trade and income processing duties for thousands of clients worldwide, identifying and remedying transactional issues as needed.

Key Achievements:
➤ Generated a monthly, Excel-based report on processing inefficiencies facing the department and communicated findings to Management team
➤ Chosen to lead peers in the training of a new operational process

Operations Processing Analyst

Enterprise Holdings

As an Intern at Enterprise Holdings I was responsible for day to day activities within the car rental process such as customer service, inventory management, and building relationships with local vendors.

Key Achievement:
➤ Top selling Intern in Southern Connecticut for the month of August

Management Trainee Intern

Avangrid Renewables

Avangrid is an energy services and delivery company that serves millions of customers along the East Coast. While working as an HRHS Performance and Governance Intern I had the opportunity to support three separate functions and work on a number of different projects across the HRHS organization.

➤ Analyzed historical budget data in Excel to identify past trends and predict future trends for use in the formulation of the 2018 Budget
➤ Assisted in the development, testing, and implementation of a company-wide HR Shared Service software program
➤ Modernized existing HR processes within SAP

Performance and Governance Intern

I’m interested in the intersection of technology and creativity, and am currently helping mobile teams streamline releases at Runway - your air traffic control tower for mobile releases ✈️

Outside of work most of my free time is spent running, reading, trying new restaurants, advocating for oxford commas, and traveling.
