At this Fintech/Edtech startup, I was part of a side project that was created with the aim of reinventing the way parents pay for their children’s meals at school. 

I was responsible for resolving customer queries and complaints via the in-app chat service and liaising with the schools. I was also responsible for writing help articles and FAQ responses, identifying and collating themes in queries and identifying bugs in the App. I worked primarily with Intercom, Slack and Google Sheets.

At this startup company, I took on two different roles. As a CEA, I was responsible for greeting customers and onboarding them to our off-airport check-in service as they disembark from their cruises at Sydney Harbour. After onboarding the customers, I security tagged their luggage and ensured it was safely transported to the airport and passed on to the Virgin Australia team. 

As a Sales promoter, I was responsible for approaching the thousands of passengers disembarking the cruise ships and explaining and promoting our service to them.

I worked with the Industry Value Engineering Team on proving the value of SAP software the company's biggest Retail clients. My responsibilities included; researching prospective clients, writing use cases and pitches for prospective and current clients, including creating a YouTube video of a concept product for a customer. I also created a deck documenting the Value of Digital Transformation and took part in the organization, preparation and delivery of the EMEA North Strategy Summit.
