Five years behind the plate or on the field established a mountain of situational experiences which helped me keep a clear head in high pressure situations. Working multiple games on a given day, sometimes back-to-back or with downtime in between and often multiple days per week and the weekend, the one thing that differentiates me from others when coming into work is I am going to be the first one to turn the lights on and the last one to turn them off. Every since I was a teen, I have been results-driven and carried an entrepreneurial spirit. Earning my own pay at the age of thirteen was rewarding, motivating and made me eager to earn results.
