Drove the profitable growth of Verint's Customer Experience software and services portfolio globally.  Increased revenue 4x, from $20M to $80M during my 4+ year tenure as GM. Acquired and integrated 3 different companies and solutions to create a market leader in Experience Management. Led a global team of >350 people.

Verint acquired Vovici in August 2011. My role expanded from being responsible for one product to responsible for Verint's suite of Voice of the Customer Analytics offerings. Worked closely with customer experience and contact center leaders to implement VoC and analytics software and services to drive customer experience improvements.

Responsible for all sales functions - Enterprise & Inside Sales, Business Development/Demand Generation, Sales Operations - in North America.  Reported directly to the CEO. Verint acquired Vovici in August 2011.

Vovici was a leading provider of Voice of the Customer software solutions that was backed by Austin Ventures and Mayfield. I was employee #1 in the UK.  Built our revenue in EMEA from $1M to $5M ARR in 4 years. Led all business activity throughout Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Reported directly to our CEO.

Perseus was acquired by Austin Ventures, merged with WebSurveyor, and rebranded as Vovici. Quota carrying AE. Partnered with our VP Sales to create the sales process for Perseus. Built our international channel partner program - grew ARR from $0 to $2M in 2 years.
