Tapad was acquired by Experian and joined Experian Marketing Services in November 2020. 

Led successful migration of Tapad’s marketing automation from a small Hubspot instance into Experian’s enterprise Eloqua instance. Partnered with Experian global Salesforce/Marketing Operations teams throughout this 6+ month long process. 

Represented marketing operations POV on joint Tapad/Experian task force for migrating Tapad’s SFDC instance into Experian’s global SFDC instance.

Managed Tapad’s Hubspot ecosystem across integrations (including Salesforce integration), reporting, data hygiene, marketing automations, and compliance. 

Built lead scoring model from scratch and iterated based on sales feedback, leading to YoY increases in SQLs/SALs and marketing-sourced revenue.

Managed SEO efforts and PPC/Google AdWords account targeting competitive keywords and search terms in the adtech/martech/identity resolution spaces.

-Created intake process, project managed, and executed on requests from non-marketing teams such as Product Management, Research, and Customer Success to utilize our email marketing tools to communicate with customers

-Recruited and managed technical contractors and content creation teams for digital marketing, web design/development, and search engine optimization projects for 20+ clients
-Created online sales funnels by integrating Facebook advertisements, Clickfunnels software, email automation software, and online retail and payment processing accounts
-Built automated email marketing campaigns using Infusionsoft for client and internal products
