My role at Babcock 4S is a varied role, providing a range of services to over 400 clients across Surrey. These services include day to day technical support, specialist application support, network fault diagnosis as well as the planning and implementation of new network related projects including desktop hardware replacement and server replacements and migrations.

More recently I have played a key role in the planning and delivery of service improvement plans working with key stakeholders to deliver cost effective IT solutions on time and on budget.

I am required to deliver a high level of service at all times whilst ensuring we meet contracted service level agreements.

As a Senior IT Engineer at The Magna Carta School, I am responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting all of the organisations web based systems in a mixture of both Windows and Linux environments. My latest project includes the design, installation and implementation of a SharePoint 2010 environment for collaboration across the organisation.

Passionate about IT Service Delivery and meeting the needs of the organisation. Leading a dedicated team of IT professionals who go above and beyond to ensure IT supports the outcomes of learners.
I also volunteer with the Royal Air Force Air Cadets. Currently fulfilling the role of a Sector Commander in Middlesex Wing as well as being a Special Projects Officer for London and South East Region and also Communications Manager for the Volunteer Software Development Team.
