Part of the new Global Engineering & Architecture Group in Industry Solutions Delivery.  Our group will enhance ISD’s technical capabilities and develop approaches, solutions and engineering standards in order to set sales and delivery teams up for success.  Leveraging the principles of model and coach, we ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience through technical leadership and IP capture.​

My focus area was to figure how to bring Open Source products into the Microsoft Servers without making the Servers Open Source . My team introduced R and Python support into Microsoft Enterprise products and planted the seeds for Open Source supported versions of SQL and Hadoop Instances and ensuring we maintained our  commitments and involvement with the R  and Python communities.

The AA team offered Cognitive Services for our Cloud customers and SQL Server 2017 with Machine learning Services and Microsoft R Servers for Linux, Hadoop/Spark and Teradata on prem and as Virtual Machines in the Microsoft Cloud and the foundations for Microsoft AI offerings.

We drive  adoption by supporting integration for the portfolio of products we have recently acquired as well as building best in class value propositions, messaging and readiness once those products are integrated with Microsoft’s on premise and cloud based offers.

I was part of the Midwest Region Corporate Accounts Team. We service 275 accounts in Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana and assist them to get the best use of the Microsoft Application Platform  products.
