My career has taken me on a journey from running millions of dollars paid media campaigns, to handling full funnel growth marketing for a range of clients including tech, DTC and SMB. I'm passionate about startups and data-driven growth and have a proven track record in delivering growth and acquisition programs for both B2B and DTC orgs, utilising a range of skills in demand generation, experimentation and integrating both short term growth hacking tactics and long term sustainable growth strategies. Some of my major wins include: - Part of the core team which led Basiq to being acquired by Cuscal in March 2024. Achievements during that time include 3x increase in new inbound lead pipeline + 2x converted opportunities for Basiq + introducing SEO as a channel resulting in 18x increase in high intent non-brand traffic. - $1.5M+ revenue generated from paid media for global events company Viral Ventures. - Acquiring over 4k new paid subscribers for Zero Co in 4 weeks via paid social. - Growing a dog food subscription brand from $0 to $250k+ ARR including a 74% increase in customers delivered in 5 days through tactical paid media and channel experimentation. - Opening up a new major revenue stream for three sided automotive marketplace, Fixter, through LTV analysis and product mix optimisation. - Conducting a Facebook ad and conversion audit for a UK haircare brand which contributed to scaling MRR from £30k to £125k in 90 days. As with all wins, there's been plenty of things that haven't worked and ideas that are very much at home in the garbage bin. That's the reality of working in growth and experimentation.
