Consultant, Organisational Development

Strategy function in nabbusiness (Business Banking) that supports the EGM, COO and Leadership Team through the development and implementation of performance improvement projects. 

• Structure and perform robust strategic analysis and financial modelling
• Acquire and analyse data from external and internal sources
• Prepare presentations and communications to influence senior stakeholders (e.g. nabbusiness LT, Business Bank Executive Committee)
• Conduct customer, industry and competitor research (e.g. marketshare and customer satisfaction)

Strategy Analyst, Strategic Development (NAB Business)

The Culture & Engagement team is responsible for the NAB Group's culture strategy, including measurement through an annual employee survey.

• Stakeholder management (including third party survey provider) 
• Development of Project Plan and timeline (Speak Up, Step Up 2012)
• Creation of technical/process documentation (including process mapping in Microsoft Visio)
• Implementation of key process improvements
• Risk management
• Facilitation of workshops (including Kaizen, planning and team building)

• Procurement, including assessment of Service Level Agreement with third party survey provider

Project Manager, Culture & Engagement

The NAB Graduate Committee is run by Grads, for Grads, and forms a key component of the Program through social events, volunteering/fundraising opportunities and development experiences. Each Committee operates for 12 months before selecting members from the next cohort.

• Development of NAB's enduring Graduate Committee strategy
• Ensure the Committee acts in the best interests of the Graduate cohort, considering impacts on the Graduate Brand
• Committee fundraising total of ~$60,000 for the year ($38,000 at the "Forever Youngcare Benefit")

The Culture & Engagement team is responsible for the NAB Group's culture strategy, including measurement through an annual employee survey.
