I was responsible for managing Operations, Technology daily operation, control and compliance, continuous service level and service development, process and productivity improvement, resource and financial planning, business continuity as well as project management, including complex, strategic project support and business lead from operations side, most recent ones were: GDPR implementation, AFR implementation (Real time local payment), Integration project of the former saving banks (14 legal entities, 1000 people in Operations), and implement the new core banking platform, clearing solution as well as the operations model, job profiles, role profile based identity and access management and service solution for the new organisation, continuous process improvement. I was also responsible for building a winning team, coaching and mentoring our talents. We achieved 30 % productivity improvement  and cost reduction within the first year.

I joined to the Shared Service Center in Budapest and managed Citi Global Identity and Access Management Admin team as Budapest Site Head, leading more than 400 people and supporting Citi's internal users (300.000) and external clients globally. Key achievements: we built a winning team, improved the employee satisfaction by 20 %, reduced the regretted turnover by 50 %,, implemented Robotics Process Automation (global pilot), client centricity program (global pilot), real time SLA, SLO, KPI and KRI measurement.  Beside of my business activities, I was the senior sponsor of the Volunteers, Live Well at Citi, Citi Roots, Citi Green Team and Citi Disability Network teams.

Global Identity and Access Management Admin Budapest Site Head

My primary responsibility was the management of the Technology infrastructure and applications support for 14 Africa countries,  manage and coordinate the technology strategy, projects, financial planning, people and talent management, quality, service, vendors, problems, investigations and controls. During this time we were able to build a winning team, beside of achieving all client, service, compliance and control goals, we successfully completed very complex projects, including to elevate the Africa IT infrastructure to a new level, implement new business and regulatory solutions as well as successfully passed all internal and external audits. During this time I was also the chairman of the South Africa Green Team and Charity team.

Africa Technology Head

I managed the operations and technology teams, processes, projects, financial planning, people management, quality and controls for the South Africa Branch. Beside of the daily activities, we successfully implemented new, innovative business solutions, regulatory requirements, process improvements, as well as several outsourcing and insourcing projects both for the country and Africa cluster.  I also founded the South Africa Green team and Going Green initiatives.

I have more than 30 years financial sector working history, multi product, geographical and culture experience. My experience is covering product, sales, technology, operations and control, service center, outsourcing/insourcing, information security, audit, project management, as well as 25 years of people management, mentoring and coaching experience in various countries in Europe and Africa. 

One of my strength is people management, building winning team, motivating, mentoring and coaching my team members.     

On the personal side, I'm initiating and coordinating going green activities, leading charity programs. I love the nature, travelling and photography is part of my hobby. I'm active in sports, currently regularly running and cycling.
