I provide Interim Leadership and Leadership Coaching, as well as strategic planning, communications, development services and executive recruiting to nonprofit organizations. My years as a serial entrepreneur and business executive enable me to quickly identify opportunities and impediments, and help nonprofit leaders develop effective plans. I have worked on projects in more than a dozen countries. I have received multiple awards for marketing, design, and writing. I authored an award-winning book on marketing, 'Ben Delaney's Nonprofit Marketing Handbook,' now in its second edition. I have made dozens of presentation on three continents, have been cited in newspapers and magazines around the world, and make frequent appearances on television and radio. My background includes substantial market research and impact measurement experience, including conducting public and proprietary market research and writing accessible reports on this research. I have worked extensively in technology, with a focus on virtual and augmented reality, but now focus on the nonprofit sector. In nonprofits, I focus on transition management, AI for nonprofits and Social Enterprise. I have been working in computer graphics since the 1980's, and am considered a pioneer in the virtual realty sector. I was editor and publisher of the voice of the industry, 'CyberEdge Journal,' and chief analyst and author of the highly respected annual report, 'The Market for Visual Simulation/Virtual Reality Systems,' which was published annually in the early 2000's. I have hundreds of articles in print and authored the five-star rated book, 'Virtual Reality 1.0 – the 90's.'
