Part of the Professional Product Division (PPD) ECOM team, managing the largest enterprise account in the portfolio (THG - Lookfantastic.com). I had full P&L and BR responsibilities for the haircare brands; Redken, Pureology, Shu Uemura and Matrix and managing the full relationship and brand sales cycle working with my cross-functional counterparts; supply, finance & marketing teams, managing both internal & external stakeholders (£9m+ P&L ) +2 Direct reports.

Part of the L'Oreal Professional Product Division (PPD) National Accounts Team as a field sales executive managing the 2nd largest hairdressing group Rush Hair & Beauty with 100+ salons with a territory spanning York to Brighton. Full ownership of territory account management driving sell-in & sell-out of 8 different brands. 

I owned the full sell-cycle, driving monthly New Product Development (NPD) launches into my accounts.

Achievements:
• Full P&L and account management ownership of driving sustainable sell-out strategies within +90 complex National Partner accounts achieving +5% YoY (vs Target +3%).
• Increased # of clients +3% YoY, by creating & implemented my Google Review project, which won the 2019 L'Oréal Global Entrepreneurial award out of #300 global ideas.
• Created and initiated the first NPD product launch plan strategy, achieving 100% reorder (vs target 70%).
• Trained my partner accounts on 'How to Sell' retail to accelerate growth, turning overall customers buying retail from 5% to 9% in 6 months.
