I help marketing leaders become AI-ready.

Why I do what I do:

Freedom has always been my north star.

It’s what led me from sociology and history into marketing. Trading academia for creative freedom and financial independence.

It’s what moved me from running my own agency in Hungary to leading teams at global agencies in London. Seeking a bigger stage, not just a safer one.

It’s what drove me to go fully remote in 2014. Years before it was the norm, so I could choose the clients and missions that mattered most.

Today, that same motivation powers my work with marketing leaders navigating the shift to AI. 
Because used right, AI doesn’t reduce creative freedom. 
It amplifies it. 
It buys back time. 
It preserves the freedom to focus where it matters most.

After a decade in-office leading creative teams, I spent another 10 years as CMO for B2B tech scaleups. Building marketing operations, mentoring teams, and shipping work that moves metrics.

I promised myself that I will share a shoutout once a week to those whom I love or admire professionally. This time, it's beehiiv - their winter release has bigger anticipation than the newest AI model. 

So why the love? 
Let's start from the inside.

We (by we, I mean AI Ready CMO, which is technically Torsten & me)...
so we started this newsletter thing a couple of months ago. 

We both agreed on 3 basic principles:

1) Editorial authority on level 10,000x 

We are 40+
We have a reputation.
We don't f around.
Goal is to protect and elevate this. 
So we write about things we believe in.
Ideally, it will also make money (but belief comes first).

2) Keep it simple stupid

We don't have too much time for this.
So we want the least amount of friction. 
The easiest platform wins.

3) It's a business

I live in Tuscany, Torsten lives in Bali.
We have fams, a life, friendz, etc.
We don't do work just for the sake of it.
Tbh work is kinda overrated anyway. 
So if we do work, we give 200%. 
This is true for the newsletter.
We treat it as a business.
It's not a 'hobby' - it's a side business.

Last point was the selling point of beehiiv. 
We were thinking about Substack, Kit, etc. 
None of them came close to beehiiv. 

Here's why:

- Simple, straightforward editing ux
- Simple site builder included
- AdNetwork, god, no need to hunt sponsors, 1-click experience
- Boosts, where you reinvest ad$, easy

As we grew, we went deeper and deeper.

Few weeks ago we switched to daily publishing. That's how serious this got.

Everyone's talking about "agent-ready websites." We actually built one. Already getting organic signups from ChatGPT. Here's what happened.

Last week I had some free time. 
Decided to do boring admin stuff on our site. 
The kind of work that clears your head, you know?
Then I thought: why not make a page just for AI agents? Not for humans. Not linked anywhere public. Just sitting there for Skynet to find.

We'd already written about agent readiness. 
So I fed that article to my bot and asked it to write the landing page. For itself.

The result? A page that's ugly as hell. 
Almost unreadable for humans. 
Has visible code blocks in it.

I've looked at other "AI-ready" pages.
Mostly from big brands. Almost all of them are BS. They're still designed for humans. 
So leadership can say "we did the AI thing." Beautiful layouts. Brand voice everywhere. Reads like a press release got condensed.
Wrong.

A real AI page should look ugly but structured. 
Like a text file uploaded to a webpage. 
Zero marketing BS. Just facts, keywords, and clean formatting so AI can parse it easily.

Now here's why mine worked so fast:
My custom GPT knows how we write. 
Every article, post, resource, it's all in the bot's context. My bot knows our business. 
The numbers, the journey, the strategy, the positioning. Everything. 
I mean, EVERYTHING.
Even this LinkedIn post goes up.

So when I asked it to build a page for other AI agents... It just... did it. Pulled it all together. Took an hour total.

Within days, we started seeing new subscribers from ChatGPT mentions.
Not much. But 1st time GPT popped up as source. 
Lowest-hanging fruit on the planet.

Don't panic, no need to comment "agent."

Ok, lots of links, whatever. 
Bottom line: don't just talk about AI readiness.
Everyone can talk about it.
Be one of the few who actually do it.
It seems worth it. 
And takes less time than writing a blog post.

Oh CMOs, the page is never publicly linked for users. It is there only for AI. 
Don't worry, it will find it via your xml sitemap. It's not linked. So no one needs to know about it.

Which means no approval is needed.
Not even your, I'm sure, super smart boardroom. 
So you can, again, just do this. Good luck!

Marketing is leading the highest ROI for AI (according to McKinsey's new 2025 AI report). Yet, only 6% of companies see true transformation. They do 1 thing fundamentally different:

While others "add AI" to their workflows,
high performers redesign their workflows entirely.
All so that they can become truly AI-driven.

But this is generic AI speech, I know. 
What does it mean IRL? 

You are NOT a winner if your workflow looks like this:

- Brief goes out
- Waiting time
(1-2 weeks if internal, 2-3 if you have an agency)
- Review & rebrief & revisions 
(every new stakeholder exponentially multiplies revisions)
- 1 revision = +1 week production time
(if you have a micromanager there, 2x everything lol)

By the time your campaign goes live?
The market has already moved on. 
Those Black Friday campaigns?
Yeah, I know you've started working on them in May.

You are part of the 6% WINNERS if:

- You killed the linear approval cycle
- You switched to rapid collaboration with AI
- You killed 'One Hero Asset' fetish
- You switched to unlimited variations with AI
- Your creative briefing is not a Word document
- Your creative briefing IS training data for AI

Almost no one is doing this. 
But no worries, those 6% who are right?
They will lead marketing into the future.
The rest can catch up (if they are still in business).
