Radiate B2B - B2B sales intelligence and account based advertising

Businesses across the industry are tasked with a whirlwind of challenges from generating sufficient pipeline in order to hit their desired pipeline multiple, to stringently managing their cost of acquisition. This is largely due to the fact that businesses will do the majority of their research before entering the buying process, meaning that potential clients minds are already made up before they are offered anything.

Radiate B2B focusses on identifying key sales and marketing opportunities for companies via analysing website data. This enables clients to hone in on other businesses who are about to, or are in, the buying phase, cutting the time it takes to make a sale significantly and vastly improving the performance of both the sales and marketing departments within a business to business firm.

Bartending taught me many things about working in a team. Often being understaffed for sizeable local events, we would have to come together and work as a unit in order to ensure the quality of service did not slip. Working alongside my degree was one of the most challenging parts of this job as it required me to balance how I allocated time towards my dissertation; in turn vastly improving my organisation and productivity, as I would have to ensure that the standard of my university did not drop whilst employed.

During the holidays at university I sorted parcels (night shift) for DPD in Martlesham. Due to the nature of the night shift the role was particularly challenging, especially around Christmas where you were expected to work six days a week, there were plenty of days where I struggled to motivate myself to get to work and get the job done! However, the role did teach me that I thrive in an environment where there are tight deadlines; there were strict quotas to be met when it came to drivers getting out on time.

I hold a keen interest in financial markets and consultancy hoping to enter either industry upon graduation.
