I have a portfolio of clients where I have joined the Board as Finance Director, providing professional reporting with analytics and commercial insight. I lead our Outsourced Finance Department where we support business with all aspects of financial control, from invoicing and credit control, through management accounts to Board reporting and business case investment analysis. We provide forward-forecasts as well as current reports, looking ahead is a key part of the advantages we offer clients.
