- Setting up and safeguarding 5 years C&A Denim Sourcing strategy, to secure the product quality and margin gain
- Setting up and safeguarding garment and fabric allocation plan for Design and Developments team to follow accordingly

- Managing 2 separate teams of product developers
- Manage leverage in fabric, trims and vendors of both collections to obtain unity, quality and cost saving due to combining best practices
- Safeguarding both menswear as well as womenswear denim collection according to the collection plan and maintaining the quality of the product
- Leading Triade (Merchandise-Design-Product team) meetings throughout the season to develop according to markets needs
- Safeguarding the collection range according to the collection plan and quality of the product
- Analyse sales (sell-in) data to optimize the production capacity planning and sell-out data to re-act on the running collections
- Close collaboration with Buying and Inbound department for capacity and shipment planning
- Conduct 5 years sourcing, allocation strategy and fabric and innovation strategy
- Maintaining, onboarding and/or off boarding of vendors and Denim mills
- Frequent meetings with Denim vendors, Denim mills and Denim Innovation centre (In-house Denim Laboratory) to optimize the product quality and bring continuous innovation into the collections
- Leading and/or collaborating on several sustainability projects, such as Circular Denims (in collaboration with Ellen McArthur Foundation), Fibertrace technology, Recycle Hub and waste management throughout the supply chain
- Implementing innovation in fabrics and garment finishes within the collection
- Gatekeeper of a 100% more sustainable denim collection
- Initiator of Speed to Market project for Denims
- Member of the Works council
- Direct reporting into Vice President of Tommy Hilfiger Denim and Innovation Centre

Denim Sourcing & Production Senior Manager

- Managing a team of developers and a Product Administrator 
- Close collaboration with Buying and Inbound department for capacity and shipment planning 
- Maintaining, onboarding or off boarding of vendors 
- Frequent meetings with Denim mills and Denim Innovation centre (In-house Denim Laboratory) 
- Further exploring possibilities in sustainability within Denim, from fabric source until the end consumer 
- Implementing innovative fabrics within the collection, while safeguarding the customers’ needs, high quality product and reasonable FOB 
- Weekly reporting to Sr. Director, Quarterly to the Vice President

Denim Sourcing & Production Manager

Product groups; Tommy Hilfiger Denim and Swimwear Menswear
- Coordinating 1st proto's until TOP samples, including fitting sessions
- Fabric selection, fabric development and wash development together with design
- Presenting the collection to the management teams and buyers
- Working sessions with sales teams and country managers to train and explain them the newest collections
- Working closely with vendors out of Tunisia and Turkey, and with Denim mills out of Turkey and Italy.
- Conducting various production checks at factories in Tunisia and Turkey
- FOB and lead-time negotiations with vendors as well as with mills
- Implemented a progressive production schedule chart (Work In Progress)
- Creating and maintaining style sheets and Bill of Materials in PDM software
- Visiting Denim fairs and seminars to obtain product knowledge and implement innovation in the denim development and production stage
- Closely involved in set-up of Denim Impact measuring tool together with Jeanologia (machine supplier)

- Coordination of proto and sampling stage via our Hong Kong buying office with vendors in China and India

- Fitting 1st proto's and SMS, and ensuring all fits are executed as per block patterns
