This includes tutelage to incoming engineers, working more closely with customers, and tackling more difficult challenges in the monitoring and observability landscape landscape.

Engaging with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Nagios, SCOM, and SolarWinds to provide an all round monitoring solution

Involved in enterprise event monitoring team.
Worked as part of a team to pull, transform, and monitor enterprise alerts.
Developed tools, and dashboards to compile monitoring information from several tools into one place.
