• Brand director for two global brands: Perry Ellis and Original Penguin. I reported directly to the SVP, communications and marketing, articulating both brands visually for today's current markets with a 360 omni approach to everything I do. Responsibilities included all e-commerce design, in-store signage, packaging, campaign concepts, casting, production, shoot budgets, all consumer facing content for social media, media and advertising. 
• Worked closely with the SVP, communications and marketing to ensure brand differentiation, consistency and alignment are being applied to creative assets on all verticals for both brands. 
• DDM/DTC customers and create deeper connections with current customers by utilizing custom content and personalization.
• Bridged the gap of communication between Wholesale, E-commerce, Licensee, Marketing and Integrated divisions to effectively leverage design, enhancing the both brands.
• Developed innovative digital concepts for UX|UI design direction while maintaining brand consistency, that has increased sales 2% compared to last year. 
• Directed two creative designers to create rich, rewarding user experiences that were both strategic to differentiate both brands. 
• Design direction of all print & digital content, regional advertising, in-store signage, integrated editorial content into marketing collateral and collaborate closely with marketing and copy team to communicate brand messaging for paid digital advertising.

• Bridge the gap of communication between Wholesale, E-commerce, TUG (The Underwear Group), Marketing and Integrated divisions to effectively leverage design to enhance the brand. 
• Develop innovative digital concepts for UX|UI design for all of North America while maintaining brand consistency.
• Direct 4 creative designers to create rich, rewarding user experiences that were both strategic and brand-right.
• Design direction of all print & digital content, regional advertising, in-store signage, integrated editorial content into marketing collateral and 	collaborate closely with marketing and copy team to communicate brand messaging for paid digital advertising.

• Maintain and manage partnerships with European partners, external agencies, stylists, photographers and vendors.

• Oversee all campaign photo-shoots, in-store video content for wholesale partners and special projects such as Latin America.

• Image director responsible for all video, social media and in-store content, directing all video photo-shoots and creative production for in-store, social media, print and digital content including retouching, storyboards and video editing.
• Oversaw budgets, casting and concepts in conjunction with marketing and merchants for seasonal campaigns and promotions.
• Repositioned all digital media content, visually articulating brand messaging and enhancing overall aesthetics of e-commerce/digital spaces.
• Managed two designers on both DTC print collateral and all e-commerce emails and digital paid media.

Benjamin Havrilak

• 360° creative marketing, on-set art direction, ad concepting, casting, photo shoot production, website design direction, brand management and social media content. Creative consulted for BCBG. Art directed and produced shoots for Vogue Mexico, Amazon Fashion Studios and photo editing for the photography department at the New York Times.

• Created and art directed brand relevant, iconic ad campaigns for a 360° creative marketing experience for Giorgio Armani’s younger fast-fashion brand, creating its brands image, photo-shoot production, casting management and budgets.

A New Yorker by birth, I have been working in advertising and creative industry specializing in the fashion, beauty, and luxury sector, getting my start working with one of the most prestigious fashion brands in the business, Giorgio Armani. 

I’m a storyteller, and I am passionate in bringing concepts and ideas to life. I excel in telling brand and product stories that visually articulate a brands image, thrive in finding ways to innovate and move with the ever changing digital savvy customer, culturally and reflective in the brands bottom line. 

Currently, I manage six designers to create magic in the Tommy Hilfiger North America design studio. 

I attended the School of Visual Arts to pursue a higher degree of learning, earning a Master's Degree in Branding (M.P.S.) focusing on branding strategies, brand valuation, brand development, presenting, creative thinking and brand positioning to create strong meaningful iconic brands.
