Human Resources Transformation Officer

I served and led 90 Soldiers in a Human Resources Company executing a variety of missions to include personnel accountability, strength reporting, postal operations, and casualty tracking and reporting.

Company Commander

Brigade Human Resources Officer. Responsible for the evaluations, pay, entitlements, and administrative actions for more than 3,000 Soldiers geographically dispersed between four continents and 9 different countries.

Brigade Human Resources Officer

Served as the Battalion Human Resources Officer for more than 700 Soldiers in Fort Campbell Kentucky. Responsible for their evaluations, pay, entitlements and administrative readiness.

Battalion Human Resources Officer

Served as the lead Human Resources Officer for a Multi-National Task Force consisting of 1,300 Service members from United States, Norway, France, Denmark, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Responsible for their accountability, in and out processing, pay, entitlements, and administrative functions.

Multi-National Coalition Human Resources Officer

Recently moved to The National Capital Region to work in the Army’s Chief of Staff for Human Resources. Passionate about helping people, and developing others.
