We simplify early stage startup funding and investing.  My role in this mission is to support Founders to use the new tools made available by Equity CrowdFunding to create a more equitable and efficient startup funding experience so that every great team and idea can find its tribe and grow with them!  We achieve this by developing strategic community partnerships to educate Founder communities and provide highly qualified issuer relationships, internal qualification, and support teams and processes.

I also lead our Product Marketing function developing GTM strategies and managing their implementation across strategic partnerships, paid, and unpaid channels.

Verana Health

I develop strategy and operations systems to enable Verana's continued rapid pace of scale.  I partner with organization leaders to develop the tools and processes that support Verana defining and managing its overarching goals and strategies.  I also perform business, strategy, and market analysis in order to help refine components of the organization wide strategy for executive stakeholders.

Additionally, I lead and partner with the program management functions across multiple organizations to approach the "little things" with as much energy as we do the big strategies.  I do this by selecting the right tools (Atlassian Suite, Asana, Salesforce.com, tableau, and others), managing their implementations, and managing the business process changes to take advantage of them.  Most notably, I lead the agile transformation of 2 product & engineering organizations and the implementation of SFDC as the business process platform for the organization.  Both of which will support the scale of the organization for years to come.

Deep 6 AI

Led the product management function at Deep6 scaling the product from only a small handful of customers and users to many more of both while managing the product design and development lifecycle  with partners in design and engineering.  These efforts expanded the depth and breadth of the product offering to become a more comprehensive provider of Clinical Trial/ Research Acceleration software growing our market size and impact for existing customers.

While primarily focusing my energy on Esteem Therapeutics and Fundify.com I deeply integrated myself in the innovation communities in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Austin, and Savannah as an advisor, investor, and team member.  I engaged with early stage startups, venture funds, incubators, and corporate development organizations providing product/ business strategy, product management, product development, and fundraising strategy services.

Leading the development of the Esteem Behavior Health Platform and Applications while defining new product features, raising capital, contributing to the GTM efforts, and building a world class team of socially aware and driven superheroes.

In this role I advised across multiple industry verticals in a thought leadership capacity related to real applications of machine learning and big data systems with a particular focus on the healthcare payer and provider verticals.

The Cognitive Technologies group at Deloitte drives disruptive impact at the nexus of big data and artificial intelligence and it is our mission to interpret that disruption for clients into an actionable strategy.  With that strategy as a foundation, we then develop and implement the client specific solutions by collaborating with internal and external industry and technology leaders.
