- Reworked handoff between departments such as XDR/AE, AE/CS

- Managed a RevOps team of diverse personnel
- Managed external contractors across GTM
- Established and sustained essential KPIs and models for GTM
- Owned monthly Quota setting and reporting for the entire GTM team.

Responsible for overall strategy and direction of the company. 

- Made first hires across all departments. 
- Created, implemented, and iterated GTM strategies for 4 cyber security solutions within the managed services market
- Worked closely with partners in South Korea and Israel
- Negotiated and managed all contracts with outside vendors.
- Implemented and maintained Operations internally across all platforms. (Hubspot, Zoom, ZoomInfo, PandaDoc, Aircall, Guru)
- Created and implemented all commission structures within the company
- Created SOP's across all departments
- Hired and onboarded all new employees.
