I am an experienced Client Success professional with nearly a decade of experience serving partners in the Digital Marketing/SEO, SaaS, EdTech, HealthTech, Post Secondary and Higher Education spaces (respectively). I have extensive experience in project management, program implementation and training, client relations and support. Some of my proudest accomplishments include launching a new student platform and administrative LMS, integrating a third-party proctored exam service, assisting partners obtain additional grant funding, building and launching customized products, and training internal and external teams on new processes. I have also built strategies driven by analytics and held quarterly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders that have resulted in sustainability and program growth. My determination to become more proficient with the technical aspects of EdTech, along with my strong desire to continue learning led me to become a software engineer. I have experience with front-end and back-end development, as well as, front-end frameworks, APIs, and full-stack development. Most of all, I am passionate about helping underserved populations through the power of learning and skills training!
