- Built the backbone of the business by spearheading the creation of Operations, RevOps, Customer Success, and Support functions, leveraging automation and a problem-solving mindset to scale efficiently.

- Cross-functional leader across Product, Engineering, and Business, overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, from early discovery to post-launch optimisation.
