A ‘Stop Doing’ list helps us make intentional choices about where to invest our time and energy, ultimately leading to greater fulfilment and success.

You’ll need a little reflection first…
1. Assess your current commitments and responsibilities.
2. Identify time/energy / resource-draining tasks without significant benefits.
3. Differentiate between essential activities and distractions.
4. Prioritise tasks aligned with your goals and well-being.

Now, list 3 specific activities or habits you want to stop.
A. Clarify why each item is on the list and its benefits.
B. Communicate changes to friends and family if necessary.
C. Put your choices into practice!

Here are some examples to consider:

Over-apologising.
Don’t always say yes.
Time-consuming tasks for unrelated to goals.
Habits contributing to stress or burnout.
Saying 'it's okay' when it's not.
Snoozing your alarm.

Let's focus on what truly matters.

I have been experimenting for the last few months.
Here's what I tried.

Timeblocking.

Do you ever feel like you're juggling too many tasks and struggling to focus?
You're not alone! But a game-changing productivity hack has been making waves: time blocking.

A study by Harvard Business Review ranked time blocking as the #1 most effective productivity hack out of over 1000 reviewed.
By scheduling your day into distinct blocks of time dedicated to specific tasks or activities, like deep thinking, client work, networking, down time etc. you can regain control over your schedule and supercharge your efficiency.

But here's the key: while time blocking is incredibly effective, it's essential to factor in a buffer for flexibility. Unexpected delays or tasks taking longer than anticipated are inevitable, so leave some wiggle room in your schedule to adapt and adjust as needed.
