•Plan and execute full range of company marketing initiatives including events, exhibitions, sponsorships, creative services and promotions, strategically aligned with company’s short and long-term goals. 
•Spearhead the growth and development of the Chamois Butt’r social media presence by evaluating existing social network, identifying missing components, defining and developing the brand identity and creating strategies that resulted in a significant increase of engaged followers: Facebook +198% (with minimal advertising), Twitter +437% (100% organic).
•Day-to-day social marketing responsibilities include: content generation and posting across all brand social platforms (including company blog), content moderation, campaign development, active listening, response protocol, content calendar maintenance, monitoring and reporting. 
•Collaborate daily with partners in website design and the production of marketing materials including annual catalog, hot sheets and product information cards, ensuring all messaging is consistent with marketing goals and brand voice. 
•Promote brand presence at major B2B and B2C industry events through a variety of social media tactics including generating pre-event social buzz, hosting contests, live tweeting, and post-event recaps. Converse with industry influencers and pro team affiliates to drive more social media excitement. Examples of such events include: Interbike, CrossVegas, Bicycle Leadership Conference, RAGBRAI, Sea Otter Classic, Bike Expo New York, Chicago Triathlon, Dirty Kanza 200 and Tulsa Tough.
•Played an integral role in the new product launch of Chamois Butt’r Her’. Participated in every step of the product development process from conceptualization, manufacturing, testing, packaging, to retail distribution and consumer promotion. Work with design team to develop new product messaging and concepts for both B2B and B2C targets.
