Day to day operation of state-of-the-art tech-based immersive theatre start-up, working closely with CEO, directors and investors. Responsible for operations, food & beverage, recruitment, training, facilities, health & safety and security. Produced, reviewed and implemented all risk assessments, standard operating procedures, departmental budgets, policy and crisis management plan. 

A global city based entertainment adventure that fuses state of the art technology with a real world theatrical experience. Backed by big industry names and extensive finance, the concept is initially being launched in London, 2018 with plans already in place to roll out internationally.

This is an innovative immersive theatre and entertainment concept with technology bringing a new a unique experience for each guest, who influences and changes the environment, actively takes part in the suspense and drama, and experiences the physical and emotional journey as it unfolds.

Trimoo

Planning, training and implementation of park standard and emergency operating procedures, policies and guidelines for the day-to-day operations of rides and attractions across four theme parks. Leading, motivating, and directing a diverse team in a variety of operational responsibilities.

Zoological Society of East Anglia

Day to day operation and management of the attraction including retail, admissions, food & beverage, facilities, budget planning, forecasting and regular reporting to company directors.

Banham Zoo is a 50-acre zoo in Banham, Norfolk, England. The zoo, which is home to over 2,000 animals, opened its doors to the public in 1968, became a charity in 2013, and has since been often awarded the prize of Norfolk's Top Attraction, by numerous different organisations, with an annual visitor attendance of in excess of 200,000 people. It is part of the Zoological Society of East Anglia, a registered charity which also owns Africa Alive! near Lowestoft, Suffolk.

Park Operations Manager

Dreamland Margate

After a triumphant eleven-year long ‘Save Dreamland’ campaign by the local community, an eagerly awaited re-imagined Dreamland opened in June 2015.

• Ensuring operational effectiveness of the rides collection. 
• Review all ride operating procedure and ride risk assessments.
• Review all emergency evacuation procedures. 
• Train the rides crew ready for opening. 
• Participation in the setup and planning of arcade area. 
• Organisation and lead of Dreamland’s annual recruitment drive
• Organisation and lead of Dreamland’s Guest Experience Training - Induction and Guest Service
• Organise daily rota working closely with the HR team co-ordinator. 
• Organise rides daily check compliance on an operation prospective. 
• Motivate, train and support all operational team. 
• Work closely with the other departmental directors as and when required including Catering, Retail, Events organisation and all other aspect of the day to day running of the business.  
• Manage site access
• Ensure Dreamland is the most loved and respected attraction in the UK, through personal commitment to delivering the difference to all who visit the attraction.
• Pursues and secures new sources of revenue related to guest experience and entertainment.- facilities and membership.
• Brand Guardian and Ambassador – functionality “Director of Enthusiasm”
• Support the Director of Events in assessing and evaluating proposed events and partnerships to determine suitability with Dreamland brand and goals.
• Evaluate and implement effective processes and systems to improve onsite guest experience across the entire attraction.
• Leads the development and management of the Guest Experience finance plan in a cooperative effort with Company Directors.
• Supports all areas in exceeding our guests expectations related to appearance, ambiance, guest service, product knowledge, cleanliness and comfort.
• KPI development/ Bench Marking. 
• Direct Dreamlands annual scare festival Screamland.

Yesterday's World

Yesterday's World located on Great Yarmouth's famous Golden Mile; allows guests to experience an amazing 125 years of British social history magically brought back to life. Discover over 150,000 nostalgic artefacts set in 20,000sq ft of themed areas plus virtual and interactive exhibits. Journey through history with superbly recreated life size street scenes and shop displays, with evocative sounds and smells of past.

•	Day to day operation and management of the attraction.
•	Budget planning, forecasting and regular reporting to Company Directors.
•	Manage and deliver the profit and loss. Ensuring visitor footfall and revenue targets are met and exceeded.
•	Manage and develop the retail operation, ensuring it is both effective and efficient whilst maximizing revenue and seeking new retail opportunities.
•	Create, monitor and develop the marketing strategy to establish Yesterday' World as top regional  visitor attraction.
•	Design and produce all artwork and creative required in-line with company brand. 
•	Manage and promote social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter.
•	Design, rebuild and maintain company website. 
•	Seek and develop new concepts and marketing opportunities that push the envelope that is expected from a regional attraction.
•	Brand guardian & developer

Pleasurewood Hills Family Theme Park

Pleasurewood Hills is a family theme park set within 59-acre of gorgeous woodland near Lowestoft, Suffolk. 

It's home to one of the scariest rides in the UK: HoBs PiT (Rated 12A by The BBFC) as well as the most extreme roller coaster in the region; Wipeout. Plus, with a dedicated 'Kiddies Zone' and our loveable characters; there's fun for all the family.

Pleasurewood Hills is also home to three world-class shows including the world famous Sea Lion and Parrot Shows.

•	Create, monitor and develop the marketing strategy to re-engage and re-establish Pleasurewood Hills as top regional theme park and visitor attraction.
•	Design and produce all artwork and creative required in-line with company brand. 
•	Manage social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
•	Seek and develop new concepts and marketing opportunities that push the envelope that is expected from a regional theme park.
•	Ensure the retail operation is effective and efficient whilst maximizing revenue and seeking new retail opportunities.
•	Marketing budget planning, forecasting and regular reporting to Park Director and Looping Group.
•	Work closely with the Operations Manager in developing guest experience through team and attractions.
•	To define, create and manage the annual recruitment drive.
•	Develop character brand standards, production and awareness.
